Easy Cauliflower Polonaise

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Frozen cauliflower 20 Ounce, steamed (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
Directions

Combine butter or margarine with crumbs and cook until brown.
Add eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over cauliflower.
