Speedy Stroganoff With Noodles
|Minute steak/Cube steak||8 Ounce, cut into strips|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||1⁄2 Tablespoon (0.5 Envelope)|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm) (0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Powder)|
|Catsup||2 Tablespoon (Count 3 Fluid Ounces Tomato Juice)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked enriched noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Broil beef strips on both sides.
Transfer to saucepan with onion flakes, water, broth mix, and garlic.
Cook 10 minutes.
Stir in Catsup, Worcestershire and mushrooms; heat thoroughly.
Stir in milk and heat gently.
Serve over hot noodles, into which you've stirred margarine.
