Gesmoorde Snook

Ingredients
  Snoek 1 Pound (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Onion 4 Ounce, sliced
  Tomato 1 Medium
  Chili peppers 2 , sliced
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Cooked cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Boil and flake the snoek.
Chop onions and brown in non-stick skillet.
Add the tomato and sliced chili peppers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 1/2 hour, add flaked fish, cover and heat.
Sprinkle with cayenne.
Serve on cauliflower florets if desired.
