Hot Arroz Con Pollo

Ingredients
  Cooked, skinned and boned chicken 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, diced
  Green chili pepper/1 shredded pimiento 1 , diced fine
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Saffron 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked enriched rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Dice chicken and set aside.
Make a sauce by combining the next 9 ingredients.
Cook rapidly for 15 minutes.
Turn off heat, stir in rice and chicken, mix well and divide evenly.
