Scandinavian Vegetable Salad
|Cut green beans||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|English peas||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Whole kernel corn||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Chopped celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pimientos||4 Ounce, chopped (1 Jar)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine vegetables and salt.
Stir well and chill for 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator and drain again.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into a large dish, cover, and chill several hours.
