  Dried mint 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Boiling salted water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook peas, mint, and sugar in boiling salted water to cover 5 to 7 minutes, until peas are tender; drain.
Stir in butter, salt, and pepper.
