|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft bread cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Small)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Lightly mix ground lamb and egg in a bowl.
Blend in a mixture of the salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Add Cheddar cheese, bread cubes, parsley, and onion; mix lightly to blend.
Shape into 18 2-inch balls.
Heat butter in a skillet.
Add meatballs and brown evenly on all sides, turning gently.
Remove meatballs to a 1 quart shallow baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over meatballs and top with the Parmesan cheese.
Cover the baking dish.
Set in a 350Â°F oven 20 minutes.
Remove cover and heat an additional 10 minutes.
