Paprika Welsh Rarebit
|Cheddar cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|French bread||1 (Crusty)|
Combine cheese, beer, salt, Worcestershire, and dry mustard in glass casserole.
Cook on medium (5) for 8 to 9 minutes or until cheese blends easily into mixture.
Add eggs gradually to prevent curdling.
Cook on medium (5) for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Sprinkle with paprika.
