Russian Dressing With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 Small, thinly sliced
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato 1⁄2 Medium
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 3 Teaspoon
  Pear juice concentrate 2 Teaspoon
  Orange extract 1 Teaspoon
  Sprinkles 2 Teaspoon (Butter Buds)
  Chicken bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Simmer carrots in water until tender.
2. Puree tomato in blender or food processor. Add cooked carrots and water,
and blend with remaining ingredients until smooth. Chill
