Danish Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Dark rye bread 1
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  White cheddar cheese slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unskinned tomato 1
  Pimiento stuffed olive slices 1 Tablespoon
  Danish black bread 1
  Roquefort cheese wedges 2
  Pitted black olives 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat bread 1
  Caraway swiss cheese slice 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Spread rye bread slices with butter; cover with slices of Cheddar cheese.
Decorate cheese with tomato slivers and half slices and with green-olive slices.
Butter black-bread slices with 4 Roquefort-cheese wedges; top with 2 black olives on each slice.
Butter whole-wheat bread; cover with slices of caraway Swiss cheese.
Overlap a row of green olives down 2 sides of each sandwich.
Place a roll slice of Swiss cheese diagonally across each sandwich.
Garnish sandwiches with lettuce leaves and tomato slivers.
