Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff

Ok, looking for a traditional dish to serve, this Beef Stroganoff gives it all an authentic Russian touch! Great with the addition of onions and mushrooms with beef and flavored with nutmeg this Beef Stroganoff is a great treat for your family and friends. Give it a try and see.
  Beef tenderloin 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 2
  Mushrooms 10 Medium
  Butter 5 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Cut beef into strips about 2 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
Slice onions and mushrooms finely.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in frying pan; cook onions slowly until golden brown.
Remove from pan; keep warm.
Add a little more butter.
Cook mushrooms about 5 minutes; add to onions.
Melt remaining butter.
When foaming, put in about half the strips of steak.
Fry quickly about 5 minutes, until brown on all sides.
Remove; repeat with remaining steak.
Replace all meat and vegetables in pan.
Shake over heat, adding salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Add sour cream; heat until it nearly boils.
