Veal Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Stewing veal 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Sliced onion 1 , chopped
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomato paste 2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
Directions

Cube the veal and toss with flour and paprika.
Stir fry veal and onion quickly in hot oil until lightly colored., Pour in the consomme and cover.
Simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
Stir in paste mixed with sour cream and reheat without boiling.
Taste for seasoning.
