|Green peppers||4 , cut into pieces (Seedy Centers Discarded)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Cumin seed||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||3 Medium, peeled and cut into pieces|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown meat on all sides in butter in a skillet.
Add onion, green pepper, garlic, and paprika; stir.
Cook 3 or 4 minutes.
Turn contents of skillet into an electric cooker.
Sprinkle with salt and cumin.
Add water to skillet; heat and stir to loosen browned particles.
Pour into cooker; stir.
Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours.
Add tomato and sour cream to stew; mix.
Cover and cook on High 30 minutes.
