|Smoked sausages||7 Ounce|

Cut the bacon into small cubes, brown them in a casserole, pour off the fat, leaving enough only to fry the onions.
Fry the chopped onions, add the rinsed, cored and sliced green paprikas and brown, stirring the mixture on the fire.
Then add the tomatoes, chopped into small cubes, and the sliced sausages, sprinkle with paprika and boil it briskly for a few mins.
Make an omelette with the well beaten eggs, cream and salt, and cook; cover with the filling, and roll omelette up carefully.
