Scandinavian Fish Bake
|Perch fillets||1 Pound|
|Boiled onions||1 Pound|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon/Parsley / dill||1 (For Garnish)|
|Breadcrumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Frozen cauliflower||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Sprinkle fish with lemon juice.
Grease baking pan with margarine.
Sprinkle bottom with dusting of dry crumbs.
Blend remaining crumbs with evaporated milk; set aside.
Arrange perch cut in serving portions, cauliflower buds and drained onions in baking pan.
Pour crumb milk mixture over fish and vegetables.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Garnish with lemon, parsley or fresh dill.
