It doesn't have to be St. Patrick's Day to enjoy Champ. Champ are delicious mashed potatoes made with green onions. This is a unique flavor that all will enjoy. This recipe is made with Russet potatoes, cream, butter, and scallions or green onions.
Ingredients
  Russet potatoes 2 Pound, peeled and diced
  Heavy cream 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
