A potato masher or potato ricer is an equipment, used in kitchens to mash potatoes or any other such soft food including beans and apples. Potato masher must be bought keeping in mind the design at the head. If not to over mash the potatoes, a masher with S or zig zag design at the bottom must be bought. The masher must have a good grip for perfect mashing.
