tlanta Caterer David Widaski shares Thanksgiving tips on proper reheating of poultry items and considerations for keeping your stuffing safe for your family and friends.

The Douglasville Retail Meat and Smokehouse annually fries and smokes hundreds for turkeys for clients, especially during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's season. These then need to be reheated to serve, which is a major purpose for this video, though there are numerous annual cases of food poisoning from improperly heated poultry items during the holidays.

Some of the things that most people take for granted is the way they heat their poultry. Its almost imperative to keep in mind the temperature of re-heating all sorts of poultry. The time duration for which you heat the meat is just as important as the right temperature. Use a digital thermometer which can be inserted inside the meat to find out if it has been heated well or not. Watch more of the video to find out.
