We haven't had much luck with the weather lately--not enough steady sunlight.
If it's not raining, it's too cold and cloudy. Today we had some sun, but it was just too short-lived. It's only been hot enough to keep the egg warm. We'll keep trying to catch that sunshine. ;o)
A mini solar cooker is just big enough to cook an egg when put together. However, the weather Gods do not cooperate this time. The experiment does not come up with a cooked egg but it can not definitely be termed a failure. Rather it emphasizes how important it is to have enough sunlight to tap energy good enough to cook food. An intriguing attempt for sure. Watch out this space for the second part or another attempt at the same experiment.
