Watermelon Fruit Basket
|Cantaloupes||2 Medium, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Honeydew||1 Medium, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Strawberries||2 Quart (Fresh)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Pound|
|Creamy strawberry dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)|
1)Mark a line lengthwise around top one-third of watermelon and mark a 2-inch-wide strip across top of watermelon, connecting at the lengthwise line, for handle of basket.
2)Cut out and remove large sections, using a sharp knife, to form basket shape.
3)Cut out watermelon pulp, leaving a 1-inch shell, reserve pulp.
4)Mark a zigzag pattern on edge of watermelon and cut out pattern using a sharp knife.
5)Cut watermelon pulp into 1-inch cubes.
6)Layer watermelon cubes and put layers of cantaloupes ,honeydew, fresh strawberries, blueberries alternately in watermelon basket.
7)Serve with Creamy strawberry dressing.
