Curried Egg Cups

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6
  Light cream cheese 5 Tablespoon (Processed Cheese, 1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper red 1 Dash
Directions

Slice eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks, and reserve for other uses.
Combine cream cheese and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Divide cheese mixture evenly among egg whites.
