Enchilada Pie

Enchilada Pie is a delicious side dish that is simply easy-to-prepare. Once you have this Enchilada Pie, I am sure you will always crave for it.
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), divided
  Diced green chilies 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz), chopped
  Corn chips 1⁄2 Ounce (Half Package)
  Hot chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, sliced
  Salt To Taste

In glass casserole, cook ground beef and onion on roast (7) for 6 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
Stir in 1 cup cheese, chiles, canned tomatoes, and corn chips.
Cover; cook on reheat (8) for 6 minutes or until hot.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top.
Continue cooking on reheat (8) for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
