Chicken Enchilada is a delicious preparation that is super delicious. I served this dish for a party at home and my guests finished it in no time! The Chicken Enchilada is simply too tasty to miss out. Try it!
|Chicken||3 Pound, cooked and boned|
|Corn chips||1 Pound|
|Evaporated milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned mushroom soup||21 Ounce|
|Canned enchilada sauce||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
Place one-half the chips in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Add a layer of chicken; cover with cheese.
Mix together milk, soup and sauce.
Pour one-half of mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.
