Beef Enchiladas

These Beef Enchiladas are yummy !Toss them up with your favorite salad !They are an alltime hit with cool beverages !Try out these Beef Enchiladas this weekend for your family and let me know what you think about this dish !
Ingredients
  Extra lean ground beef 1 Pound (Sausage Meat May Be Substituted For, Half Of The Beef)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped roasted and peeled green chilies 3 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Canned mild enchilada sauce 10 Ounce
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
Directions

Brown the beef in a skillet and drain well.
Add the tomato and enchilada sauces and salt.
Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, until thickened.
Place some of the meat mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle with chopped onions, raisins, chilies, and cheese.
Roll and place, flap side down, in slow cooker.
Combine the remaining sauces and pour over the rolled tortillas.
Top with cheese.
Cover and cook on low about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until heated through.
Serve at once with a cool beverage and a tossed salad.
