Meat Enchiladas

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Canned enchilada sauce 12 Ounce
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tortillas 12
  Grated cheese 1 Pound
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Head of lettuce 1 Medium, chopped
Directions

Brown hamburger in fat.
Add enchilada sauce, water, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Dip a tortilla in sauce to soften; put on plate.
Put a layer of meat, grated cheese, chopped onions and chopped lettuce on tortillas.
Repeat until all are used.
Top with a fried egg, if desired.
