Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Celery/Green pepper, / a mixture of both 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  7 inch corn tortillas 12 Ounce (1 package)
  Diced cooked meat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (turkey, beef pot roast or chicken)
  Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter; add onion, celery, and green pepper, and cook, about 5 minutes, occasionally stirring. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, sweet basil, and oregano. Place a tortilla in bottom of buttered casserole; add a thin layer of turkey and cheese, then sauce. Repeat for all. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until hot.
