Baked Enchiladas

Ingredients
  Filling 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded lettuce 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 7
  Grated monterey jack cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Roll the tortilla around the filling.
When all the tortillas have been filled, place them close together,
seam-side down, in a large baking dish.
Cover with the remaining prepared sauce, AND shredded cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350 f for 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight.
Reheat, covered, at 350 F for 30 - 35 minutes.
