  Onion 1 Large
  Chopped garlic 2 Medium, the sauce
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 24 Ounce
  Bouillon 2 Teaspoon, beef flavored
  Cumin powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste, the sauce
  Onions 2 Small
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), the filling
  Frozen tofu 2 Pound, thawed, rinsed, squeezed dry and crumbled
  Chopped black olives 5 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded iceberg lettuce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 8
  Natural flour tortillas 12
Directions

Heat a tortilla in an ungreased skillet over medium-hot heat until
soft (a few seconds on each side).
Dip the heated tortilla into the prepared sauce.
