Green Chili-Enchilada Casserole
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped green chilies||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Enchilada sauce||2 Can (20 oz)|
Dip tortillas in hot shortening to soften; drain on absorbent towels.
Layer tortillas with onion and cheese in shallow baking dish; top with green chilies.
Pour enchilada sauce over green chilies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
