|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), mashed|
|Canned ripe olives||4 1⁄2 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Chili powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
1 In a skillet, brown meat with onion and garlic.
2 Add in the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.
3 In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup flour with 2/3 cups water.
4 Stir in to the skillet.
5 In a casserole, arrange crisp Ritz crackers and add a layer of meat mixture.
6 Then add a layer of grated cheddar cheese (you will need about 2 cups cheese and 48 crackers).
7 Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with grated cheese.
8 Bake until hot , for about 25 minutes.
9 Serve hot.
