Enchiladas Sauce

Ingredients
For sauce:
  Canned tomatoes 29 Ounce (Use A No. 2 1/2 Can)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients.
Simmer about 1 hour until slightly thickened.
