Enchiladas With Chilies And Cheese

Ingredients
  Tortillas 12
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red chile sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded jack cheese 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Canned green chilies 7 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Quickly fry the tortillas in the oil.
Drain on paper towels.
Dip each into the sauce.
Using 2 cups of the cheese, sprinkle some down the center of each, top with chopped onion and chilies cut into strips.
Roll up and place in baking dish.
Spoon sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Tbp with sour cream.
