Cheese Enchiladas

A Debbie Reynolds Recipe
Ingredients
  Tortillas 12
  Longhorn cheese 1⁄2 Pound, medium grated
  Jack cheese 1⁄2 Pound, medium grated
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (2 Small Cans)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Fry onion in oil until clear.
2. Add flour, then tomato sauce plus two cans of water (make like gravy), add salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste
3. Warm tortillas, dip into sauce, fill with cheese, and roll.
4. Place all 12 in casserole dish and top with rest of sauce and cheese. Bake 15 minutes in 350° oven.
