Enchilada Casserole For Thirty

Ingredients
  Ground beef 5 Pound
  Onions 5 Medium, chopped
  Tomato paste 10 Can (100 oz)
  Chili powder To Taste
  Water 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Corn tortillas 30
  Chopped olives 22 1⁄2 Ounce (Five 4 1/2 Ounce Jars)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 2 Pound, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the beef and onions until lightly browned, then add tomato paste.
Season with salt, pepper and chili powder, then stir in the water.
Simmer the sauce until well blended.
Arrange alternate layers of tortillas, beef sauce, olives and cheese in casserole.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 30 minutes.
