  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Pinch
  Cold water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  El monterey taquitos 10
  Shredded cheddar cheese/Shredded monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce
