No Dish Lickety Split Enchiladas
|Grated cheese||4 Cup (64 tbs), grated divided|
|Chile pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Adjust More Or Less To Your Taste)|
|Canned enchilada sauce||29 1⁄5 Ounce (1 Can)|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a 9 x 9 cake pan with nonstick foil.
Arrange 1/3 to 1/2 cup of cheese in middle of each tortilla.
Roll tortilla up, hot dog style.
Place enchiladas side by side in foil lined pan.
Pour chili pepper into enchilada sauce can and stir.
Pour enchilada/chili sauce over tortillas.
Cover and bake for about 30 minutes.
