Chicken Enchilada Casserole
|Boneless chicken breasts||4 , boiled|
|Cream of chicken soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Sour cream||1 Pint|
|Canned chopped chili peppers||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Grated cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Combination Of Cheddar And Jack)|
Boil and chop chicken.
Mix soup, onion, sour cream and pepper.
Heat together until well mixed (don't add water to soup).
Grease a large casserole dish and line with tortillas.
Layer in dish: chicken, cheese and soup.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, covered.
