Low Carb Enchiladas

An easy recipe that is a little higher in carbs than I would normally try during weight loss stage but really good for a splurge without cheating!
Ingredients
  Chicken breast 2 , shredded
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Enchilada sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tortillas 2
Directions

Spread some enchilada sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Take a tortilla and put some chicken and sprinkle some cheese. Roll the tortilla and put it in the baking dish and roll in the sauce. Serve it.
