Seafood Enchiladas

  Frozen crab flavored fish pieces/Crabmeat 4 Ounce
  Skim milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned chopped green chili peppers 2 Ounce
  6 inch flour tortillas 4
  Salsa 2 Tablespoon

Thaw crab flavored fish pieces or crabmeat, if frozen.
Cut into bite size pieces; set aside.
In a 2 cup measure stir together skim milk, flour, and salt.
Cook, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes in a low wattage oven) or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.
Stir in cheese till melted.
Stir in crab and green chili peppers.
Divide crab mixture among tortillas, spreading down the center.
Roll up tortillas.
Place filled tortillas, seam side down, in 2 individual au gratin dishes.
Cover with vented clear plastic wrap.
Cook on 70% power (medium high) for 3 to 4 minutes (2 to 3 minutes on high power in a low wattage oven) or till heated through.
Top tortillas with salsa.
Cook, covered, on medium high (high power in a low wattage oven) about 30 seconds or till salsa is hot.
