|Ground chuck||2 Pound|
|Onion||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||4 Tablespoon|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||2 Pound|
|Canned plain chili||15 Ounce (1 Large Can, Wolf Brand)|
Use 10 x 12 x 2 1/2 inch casserole dish.
Warm tortillas in oil in frying pan.
Remove and lay out flat.
Brown ground chuck.
Spoon on tortillas in center, 2 tablespoons each of chopped onions, grated cheese and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Roll tortillas around filling.
Place in casserole dish, seam side down.
Cover with chopped onion and grated cheese.
Pour chili over top.
Sprinkle top of chili with 3/8 inch of grated cheese.
Bake in 320° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
