Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
  Corn tortillas 10
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Canned can red mild enchilada sauce 10 Ounce
  Cream of mushroom soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Canned chopped green chiles 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped olives 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Cheese 1 Pound
  Sour cream 1 Pint
Directions

Brown hamburger lightly.
Add onion and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain grease.
Add enchilada sauce, chiles, soup and milk.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Tear tortillas in pieces; put thin layer of meat sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Next, add a layer of tortilla pieces, more meat sauce, then grated cheese; repeat.
End with cheese on top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered with foil.
Remove from oven; spread 1 pint sour cream; garnish with chopped lettuce, tomato and olives.
