Broiled Eggplant

This Broiled Eggplant can be made ahead ready to serve your spouse or his friends on demand.
Ingredients
  Eggplant 1 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Wash eggplant and cut off ends.
Slice eggplant into Va inch thick slices and place in single layer on broiler pan.
Add eggplant to chops about 4 inches from source of heat, and broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Watch carefully so slices do not burn, but they should brown.
