Melanzane Alla Parmigiana - Aubergine With Parmesan

Ingredients
  Aubergines 2
  Mozzarella 200 Gram
  Tomatoes 4 , sliced
  Parmesan 50 Gram, grated
  Tomato sauce 100 Gram
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the aubergines.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C.

MAKING
3. Take a nonstick frying pan and brown the sliced aubergines until they become soft inside.
4. Take a serving platter, arrange fried aubergines, and top them with tomato slices, tomato sauce, basil, sliced mozzarella and grated parmesan and bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
5. Season the salad before serving.

SERVING
6. Serve the Melanzane Alla Parmigiana with pasta.
