Easy Eggplant Parmesan

Ingredients
  Italian seasoned bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Eggplant 1 , peeled and cubed
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Part skim mozzarella cheese slices 3 Ounce (3 Thin Slices)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. In a bowl, make a mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and cayenne.

MAKING
3. In a baking dish, spread the eggplant cubes at the bottom.
4. Add the bread crumb mixture to cover the eggplants and then pour tomato sauce over it.
5. Cover the dish with slices of mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve hot.
