|Lime juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Breadcrumbs||2 Tablespoon, ground to a paste|
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm), chopped|
|Coriander seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green chilies||5 , seeded and chopped|
|Chopped coriander||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh coconut||1⁄2 , grated|
Heat oven to 150°C (300°F).
Wash aubergines, pat dry and cut lengthwise in half.
Scoop out pulp carefully and mash.
Mix mashed pulp with ground paste.
Stir in lime juice.
Fill mixture into aubergine shells.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes till golden.
