Deluxe Eggplant With Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Eggplant 1 , peeled, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Canned low sodium tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried sweet basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Sprinkle both sides of eggplant slices with garlic powder and then brown in oil.
2. Add tomatoes and seasonings and heat thoroughly.
