Broiled Eggplant

Ingredients
  Dry bread crumbs/Corn flake crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Eggplant slice 8 , peeled (1 Medium Whole Piece)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
Directions

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and garlic salt.
Dip eggplant slices in egg, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Broil 5 to 7 inches from heat for 3 to 5 minutes; turn slices over and continue broiling for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
Serve hot.
