Combine eggplant, water,and salt in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Stir well after 2 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 2 or 3 minutes.
Drain, if necessary.
Combine eggs and cheese.
Stir into drained eggplant.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 8 to 9 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn at 3 minute intervals.
Let stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes.
