Lemon Egg Nog
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Milk powder||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1 Pinch, ground|
Beat lemon juice, egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Add milk, milk powder, and beat until smooth.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add remaining tablespoon of honey to egg whites.
Fold egg whites into lemon mixture.
Dust with cinnamon and serve.
