Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 2 1⁄4 Can (22.5 oz) (2 large cans)
  Egg yolks 6
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Castor sugar 3 Ounce
  Sherry 1⁄4 Pint
  Rum/Cognac 2 Tablespoon
  Grated nutmeg To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by chilling the cans of evaporated milk

MAKING
2. In a bowl, put the next 3 ingredeints, and whisk properly together
3. In the same bowl, now add the sherry and whisk again, then add the rum or cognac, and whisk properly again
4. In the bowl, now stir in the evaporated milk, and mix properly
5. Now pour these ingredeints into a large bowl,

SERVING
6. Serve it warm or cold, with a dash of nutmeg
